Seed Sowing Workshop - $110

If you wander the gardens of Flowers on Lawn you will find beds full of beautiful cut flowers, cottage annuals and perennials.
Kay's passion for growing distinctive plants is evident not only in the gardens but in the greenhouses and recently expanded plant nursery.

Flowers on Lawn are offering workshops to help give you confidence to establish or add to your garden.

The intent for these workshops is to pass on the joy and passion of being able to grow your own seedlings.
The principles for growing flowers is very similar to vegetables so you will be able to apply what you learn to get your vege & flower garden growing this season.

On the Day

Workshops include time spent in the greenhouses where Kay will share and demonstrate her seed sowing tips and techniques. Followed by an opportunity for you to sow seeds, and chat timing, planning & plant care over a cuppa.

Our workshops can be tailor made to suit each group.

Please note all workshops have a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10 people.

Our approximately 2 hour workshops will be held onsite at our cottage gardens on Lawn Road (Clive, Hawke's Bay).

Workshops are available Wednesday to Saturday, from mid–September through to late November. If dates align we may combine groups.

Payment will be required when we confirm your booking.
